Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

NexaDrop’s current products are digital downloads. No physical package is shipped, no shipping fee applies, and no tracking number is generated.

How delivery works

After successful payment, download or access instructions are provided electronically through the order-confirmation page and/or the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally automated, but payment review, fraud screening, or a technical issue may delay access.

Delivery problems

If you do not see the delivery email, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders and confirm that the email entered at checkout is correct. If access is still unavailable, contact nexadropstore5@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email so we can investigate.

Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at checkout and for using a device, internet connection, and PDF-compatible application suitable for the product. Do not share public download links or redistribute purchased files.
